Admin Powerups for WooCommerce 28 power-ups, all included

Admin Powerups. Switch on only what you need.

Finding an order by phone number, checking whether a customer got their email, turning a guest order into an account: each of these usually means another plugin. Admin Powerups puts 28 WooCommerce admin tools in one place under WooCommerce → Powerups. Every one is off until you switch it on, and a power-up that’s off adds nothing to your store.

How we measurePlugin queries on every page, and a test store with 100,000 orders, 50,000 customers and 10,000 products.See the numbers

The ones you’ll open daily, up close.

Each of these replaces a plugin many stores already run. Try them: the screens below work.

Measured on a store with 100,000 orders.

We count the plugin’s own database queries on every page, as medians of repeated warm runs with no persistent object cache. Then we run the same checks on a store with 100,000 orders, 50,000 customers and 10,000 products.

Plugin queries per page

With every power-up switched on, shoppers never meet the plugin: 0 queries on the storefront and the block checkout, and page time and memory stay within run-to-run noise.

  • Storefront, every power-up on0
  • Store API: block cart and checkout0
  • Orders list1
  • Most admin pages1 to 4
  • Users list, every customer column on9

The Users list stays at 9 however many users a page lists. Settings load in one query.

Slower choices are marked

Some choices still cost more on a big store, such as searching inside order notes, because they can’t use database indexes. They carry a warning or a Slower badge, and the docs name a faster option for each.

Types marked Slower look inside text and can’t use database indexes. Order number, totals, order status and customer ID stay fast.

Four store setups, 790 tests, one release rule.

Admin Powerups touches orders, customer accounts, emails and checkout. Before any release, separate security, QA, performance and code reviews look at every change, and anything that touches customer data, permissions, deletion or account switching always gets a security and a QA review.

A release is ready only when

  • every automated test passes in all four setups,
  • every release check passes,
  • and the security, QA, performance and code reviews have no open release-blocking findings.

A check that couldn’t run is reported as not tested and doesn’t count as a pass.

About 790 PHPUnit tests run in each setup

  • High-performance order storage onWooCommerce’s default for new stores
  • HPOS with sync to postsStores that keep both order tables in step
  • Legacy posts storageStores that haven’t switched yet
  • WordPress multisitePer-site power-ups and stricter permissions

Plus 58 end-to-end tests that drive a real store in a browser with Playwright, and restore its settings exactly afterwards.

Suites that try to break it on purpose

  • Permission matrixEvery REST, AJAX and admin-post endpoint is called as a logged-out visitor, a customer and staff. New REST routes are picked up automatically.
  • Input fuzzingQuotes, HTML, emoji, very long text and huge numbers go into every endpoint and settings form.
  • SQL injectionEvery order and customer search type is attacked with injection attempts.
  • EscapingOutput is checked for escaping, and masked order meta must never appear in the page.
  • Switch to customerPermissions, privilege escalation, tampering, password changes and the full switch-and-back cycle, with real sessions.

Privacy and your data

Nothing sent to us
No tracking, no account, no upsell screens. Your data stays on your site.
A list of what it stores
Each power-up’s Data section shows what it saves and deletes it on request. Tests check every list.
Secrets stay masked
Order meta that looks like a token, password or card detail is hidden, and emails with password links are never stored or resent.
Store records stay
Customer accounts, saved addresses, order statuses and order notes are never deleted, even on uninstall.

What we haven’t tested yet

The large-store numbers use High-performance order storage. The automated tests also run in legacy posts storage, but we haven’t measured a large legacy store yet.

Passing tests and reviews mean we found no known release-blocking problems. That isn’t a guarantee there are none, so please tell us if something goes wrong.

Add your own power-up to the same switchboard.

Every built-in power-up is a class registered through one filter. Yours can be too, and it gets the same switch, settings page and Data section.
